HR portal puts online media top of its agenda

.

HR Portal, the specialist online recruitment business solutions provider, has recently completed a strategic review of its business. The online recruitment market is growing rapidly and there are strong currents of change. HR Portal has decided to develop its business by capitalising on its online media knowledge.

David Silverman, the companyís Managing Director, looks forward to the renewed focus of the business. ìOur heritage is media selection, negotiation and buying. Online recruitment is the fastest growing sector of the recruitment industry with online media spend running at nearly 100m per year. Our experience and knowledge of which job sites perform most strongly will ensure that our clients spend no more than they have to to generate the candidates they need.î

ìWe are in already in negotiations with other parties to develop media agency partnerships. We want to build on our strong industry relationships and work to deliver significant value-adding services to both recruitment agencies and employersî, said Silverman.

HR Portal will not be seeking any new multiple job posting clients from the recruitment agency sector. However, all existing multi-posting clients and those with whom negotiations are currently taking place will continue to be fully supported.

HR Portalís commitment to full end-to-end online recruitment management systems for employers is undiminished. It was a finalist in the ìBest E-cruitment serviceî category at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2003. Its solution for HFC Bank has been well received and it has gained extensive coverage in both the offline and online HR media.
