AIM listed recruitment specialist hot group, has today announced the acquisition of Jobsin.co.uk plc (Jobsin), an internet based recruitment company in a 400,000 deal. The purchase price will be satisfied by the issue of new ordinary shares in hot group plc.
Jobsin is a specialist online recruitment network made up of niche websites beginning with the prefix ìJobsinî. Its heritage was healthcare namely, www.jobsinhealth.co.uk, which is now renowned as one of the leading online recruitment sites in this sector. Other core areas of specialisation are construction (jobsinconstruction.com) and the public sector (jobsinpublicsector.com). The company, which advertises vacancies for both companies and agencies, own over 500 website domains covering both regions(jobsinbristol.com) and sectors (jobsinhotels.co.uk), all serviced via itís central platform, www.jobsin.co.uk.
Their extensive and diverse range of products attract a huge number of jobseekers and hot believe the acquisition will increase its existing unique jobseeker traffic by 25%.

A unique feature of Jobsin is its substantial and, in many cases, exclusive distribution network. Its partnership with Jobcentre Plus allows all suitable Jobsin vacancies to be sent out on daily basis to over 1,500 Job Centres across the country. In addition it has affiliations with GWR, the
largest independent operator of local radio stations, as well as all major digital TV platforms, including NTL, Sky and Telewest, and a variety of trade and professional bodies (i.e. the British Market Research Association).
