Hobsons hits the target for the Cisco graduate recruitment programme

The flexibility of Hobsons approach was a key component of the partnership. Hobsons established a project delivery team, leveraging skills from across the different business divisions. This team were responsible for marketing, assessing and converting over 14,000 enquiries to the final selection of graduates.
Apex Training and Development, Hobsonsí in-house training company, delivered the pre-screening process, including over 450 telephone interview, and structured the assessment centres to match candidates against required competencies. The graduates were targeted by specific criteria and Hobsons delivered to ensure a diverse, gender-balanced mix of new recruits.
The advantages of a complete end to end solution included consistency of the right message, with a strong call to action, to ensure immediate response to the marketing campaign; high quality attendance at the assessment centres, and a complementary Pan European scheme that worked in tandem with domestic recruitment needs.
