Recruitment is an ongoing activity at Coface. Coface recruits IT professionals at various levels, including Software Engineer, Project Leader, Software Architect, and Project Manager. The requirements at each level are different. Whereas a software engineer needs to have basic programming skills in the relevant technologies, a Software Architect needs to have deeper understanding of software designing and architecture.

To recruit IT professionals, Coface needed high quality customized tests that were tailor-made as per their requirements and standards. They also needed a software tool to continuously monitor the performance of candidates over a period of time and customized reports to help compare and analyze the results. The standard tests provided by other vendors were not matching their requirements.

Whizlabs suggested a solution - the Assessment Management System (AMS), an Intranet/ Internet based system for assessment content creation, delivery and feedback - that was web based and fulfilled all their pre-employment testing issues. AMS is used to prepare and conduct online pre-employment tests and to overview the performance of the prospective candidates.
