E-Learning solutions and HCI provider Futuremedia has announced today it is to be awarded ISO 9001:2000 accreditation from the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), the world’s largest developer of standards.

Mats Johansson, chief executive officer of Futuremedia, commented: We are very proud to receive the ISO 9001:2000 accreditation as a HCI provider. This not only proves that Futuremedia can guarantee a level of quality assurance to its clients; as far as we know it is also unmatched by any other supplier. We pride ourselves in our service and our ability to manage HCI programmes that scale, while at the same time minimising an employer’s workload.

Futuremedia’s accreditation follows its work with Royal Mail to complete the UK’s largest HCI offer. A total of 22,000 employees are currently taking advantage of Learning for All, Futuremedia’s HCI programme. Royal Mail and Futuremedia have also won a prestigious Employee Benefits Award, demonstrating the value of this initiative to both Royal Mail employees and the business, and Futuremedia’s commitment to the continuous improvement of our service will help Futuremedia to keep our market-leading position in the UK.
