Hcareers job board for the hospitality and restaurant
industry, has just launched two new industry specific homes within Hcareers.com and Hcareers.ca, called Restaurant Jobs and Hospitality Jobs. These two homes have been created to better service job seekers and employers within two of the major markets within the hospitality industry. A third and final sub-site Retail Jobs is planned to launch in Spring 2004.
These new sub-sites have been designed to assist restaurant and hospitality job seekers identify even more relevant industry specific job ads, and employers identify higher quality candidates for their job postings. Our success to date has come from industry focus, says David Curry, president & CEO of Hcareers. Splitting Hcareers into even more industry specific sub-sites is a natural evolution for us in order to increase our service levels to employers and job seekers.
Internally we will also be focusing our sales and marketing efforts based on industry segment more than ever before, which will only strengthen our number one position in the market place, added Curry.
In addition to these changes, Hcareers will broaden the selection of existing links, newsletters, and position categories specific to each industry. These focused services will provide employers and job seekers with more value related to their industry of choice.
