Hcareers Becomes #1 Retail Job Board in North America

New Retail Jobs section has attracted over 32,000 job postings

Hcareers, the leading job board for the restaurant and hospitality industries announced today, that it is now the #1 retail job board in North America with over 32,000 jobs posted in the last ten days.

Hcareers has always considered the retail industry part of the hospitality industry and for six years has had retail customers posting jobs on Hcareers with demand growing over time. To answer this growing demand, Hcareers CEO David Curry launched a Retail Jobs section on Hcareers.com and Hcareers.ca today.

The response from the North American retail industry to this expansion over the last ten days has produced over 32,000 jobs posted on Hcareers by top retailers such as Wal Mart Stores, Inc., Blockbuster Inc. and Food Lion, LLC.

The Hcareers Retail Jobs section now has 23% more retail related jobs than any other job board in North America, including Monster.com, exclaims Curry.

Our success has come from our industry focus. We started with focus on the hospitality industry as a whole, which we say includes the restaurant industry and the retail industry. Industry response has been so overwhelming that we chose to divide our site into three distinct sections targeting these three sectors individually.
