GoJobsite.co.uk has launched a new online application management system (AMS), together with a range of pre-interview online screening services.
The new services will dramatically reduce the level of resources required to process online vacancy applications, as well as allowing recruiters to automatically filter out unsuitable applicants.
The standard version of the service will be offered free of charge to all recruiters advertising on GoJobsite.co.uk.
The standard free AMS service allows recruiters to manage all stages of the recruitment process from one simple-to-use web-based ërecruitment centreí. For every vacancy placed on GoJobsite, the AMS provides facilities for viewing CVs and covering letters, grading an applicant, and making pre-interview notes, as well as communicating with the applicant through a messaging centre.
Additional paid services will allow recruiters to screen, score and filter out candidates prior to interview. These services include customisable online application forms, and online skill tests and psychometric profiling.
