Tony Samios, Director of Advertising Services at Espotting, will explain how paid-for-listings can help recruiters attract clients and candidates at a talk organised by the Online Recruitment Marketing Council on 4th November at 5.45 pm at 53-64 Chancery Lane, London.

Paid-for-listings as a medium was not known of two years ago, but now accounts for 31% of the total UK online advertising spend. Advertisers bid for search terms relevant to their business e.g. ëIT jobs Londoní, to reach candidates looking for jobs in the city. The higher they bid the higher they are listed in Espottingís search results, and then Espotting distribute these results to some of the leading search engines, websites and directories across the internet. Advertisers only pay when a user clicks on their results and is delivered to their site.
