on UK government home computing scheme initiative (HCI)

Event on 10th September 2004 is designed to encourage UK companies to involve staff in the government HCI

Learning solutions provider, Futuremedia has joined forces with Microsoft to hold an interactive seminar on 10 September 2004 at Microsoftís campus in Reading, Berkshire. The event will give attendees the opportunity to learn more about the UK Government Home Computing Initiative and how UK companies can benefit by offering this scheme in the workplace.

Futuremedia and Microsoft aim to encourage more organisations to involve their staff in the HCI. Through Futuremediaís Learning for All programme, UK organisations will be able to offer their staff training and guidance on how to get the most from their PCs and from Microsoft Office.

Customers of Futuremedia, Royal Mail and Kettering Borough Council will give accounts of their experiences of implementing its Learning for All programme and the employee benefits that have been recognised.
