Underlining continually increasing demand for RDB Pro recruitment software and subsequent training packages, First Choice Software has further strengthened its user support and training team with the appointment of Chanie Ravenscroft.
Chanie joins First Choice Software with valuable experience in writing computer training packages, software tuition, and customer service. In her new role, Chanie will be utilising her strong communication, IT and customer service skills in providing RDB Pro user support and software training. Chanie will also be involved in ensuring efficient running of the RDB Pro help desk and assisting in the creation of user training related documents.
