Extraordinary result for Search Consultancy

Recruitment specialist Search Consultancy has risen up the ranks in the Sunday Times 'Best Companies' list - and has been deemed an 'Extraordinary Best Company to Work For'

Recruitment specialist Search Consultancy has risen up the ranks in the Sunday Times 'Best Companies' list - and has been deemed an 'Extraordinary Best Company to Work For'.

The company, which has 13 bases across the UK, has climbed a further seven places to rank 30th on the ‘100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For’* list.

Companies are awarded a ‘star status’ based on their performance, and this year Search scooped a three-star accreditation, recognising its performance as "extraordinary" - a further leap up from last year's "outstanding" rating.

Grahame Caswell, Chief Executive of Search Consultancy, said: "We are honoured to have earned pride of place on the Best Companies list for a fourth consecutive year.

"We are proud of our ongoing commitment to providing a dynamic working environment where staff are motivated, driven, and are given opportunities to develop their careers and gain recognition.

"Our latest ranking and new three-star accreditation are testament to this, and I applaud the efforts of our truly extraordinary workforce."

Best Companies measures performance based on surveys of employees who score their workplaces based around eight key factors.

They are asked about leadership, their managers, personal growth, wellbeing, their team, the impact their organisation has on society, levels of engagement, and how happy they are with pay and benefits.
