Top Clients Help Shape Groundbreaking New Consultancy

Some of the UK’s leading HR professionals have been recruited to form a groundbreaking Client Advisory Board that will be at the heart of Executive Performers, the country’s newest specialist HR recruitment consultancy.

The Executive Performers Client Advisory Board will help shape the services the consultancy offers by tapping into a wealth of knowledge about current issues and future trends within the industry. The board’s input will ensure that Executive Performers is a leader in the marketplace, keeping pace with its clients’ changing demands.

The creation of Executive Performers follows the success of its Interim Management company, Interim Performers, which specialises in HR professionals for short-term assignments. The new consultancy was launched in response to demands for a permanent search and selection service from Interim Performers’ clients, many of whom have joined the Client Advisory Board.

At a launch held at The Ritz in London, Tina Suttle-Smith, Manager of Executive Performers, said the Client Advisory Board would be key to the company’s success. She explained: We are dedicated to providing our clients with the best HR recruitment service possible, but to do that we need to know exactly what clients are thinking and how they see changes in the market impacting on their requirements.

Our Client Advisory Board is made up of people working at the sharp end of the industry. They expect a lot from a recruitment consultancy, so Executive Performers is in a unique position to be able to share in that knowledge and utilise it to create a service that really will meet the demands of the HR industry.

Executive Performers will offer a bespoke service for commercial and not-for-profit clients in the UK and Europe, specialising in senior level appointments from managerial to director level, and boasting some of the most experienced consultants in the UK.

The service will include a brief for each position detailing the process, timescales and candidate specification, and Executive Performers will provide an honest appraisal of each candidate against the client’s recruitment criteria.

The consultancy also prides itself on providing candidates with expert service, including face-to-face meetings, advice on CV and interview presentation and feedback from clients.
