Claire saw a gap in the market as an independent local consultancy delivering services to the high standards that the local market deserves. She realised that many businesses spent long periods of time with critical vacancies going unfilled. This can be very costly for local businesses and the local economy.

Claire believed that no competitor could match her enthusiasm to make a difference and so decided to set-up her own recruitment company.
