GoJobsite has expanded its customer support operation to accommodate growing demand from recruiters for its services.

In response to a growing client base of over 2,600 and in order to continue to provide their clients with the best service, GoJobsite has expanded its existing customer support division from one to three teams.

In addition, working hours have been extended. GoJobsite staff now offer client support 12 hours a day from 8:am to 8:pm Monday to Friday.

Within the new teams, customer support staff have undergone extensive training to develop their customer facing skills, ensuring that they are fully prepared to deal with all possible eventualities in a professional and courteous manner.
