E&Y to use BrassRing recruiting software to streamline
HR processes in the UK
Cap Gemini Ernst & Young leading management consulting and IT services group, has chosen BrassRingís Talent Management Solution to automate its main UK recruitment process.
Ernst & Young will be using BrassRing to manage the relationship between hiring managers, the companyís HR department and external agencies. The system will reduce the time to hire, cut costs and streamline communications with a smaller number of recruitment consultancies.

Around 25 recruitment staff at Ernst & Young will be using the system, which will handle applications for an estimated 1,000 posts, from partners down to administrative staff, over the next 12 months.The system will be based around BrassRingís award-winning Platinum Enterprise Talent Relationship Management platform, which gives everyone involved in the recruitment or redeployment process tailored access to centralised data.

Ernst & Young will also be using BrassRingís Platinum Internal, External and Agency Talent Gateways as well as software for Best Practice management, CV processing and employee referral.
