CV-Library goes from strength-to-strength, according to its latest client survey results

…New data reveals that 96% of CV-Library customers rate the job board’s service as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’

The latest customer service poll from the UK’s leading independent job board, CV-Library, has found that 96% of clients using the job board have rated its services as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.

This figure, which stemmed from a survey distributed to all CV-Library clients in March 2017, was a 1% rise on the previous year, confirming that the job board is continuing to go from strength-to-strength. Unlike other UK job sites, every client using CV-Library is assigned a Client Response Coordinator (CRC) who maintains the account and works closely with the client to ensure that the best possible service is provided, and this is a strategy that is clearly paying off.
