Company’s offering is extended to Europe following new appointment

NOW Recruitment has appointed Julian Anthoney as Principal Consultant within the companyís thriving, Bristol-based Construction Professionals division.

Julian (31) from Westbury Park in Bristol joined NOW Recruitment in May. His main role will be to work on placing permanent construction professionals with major contractors throughout the South West of England, London and France. Julian will be working very closely with existing members of the team at the companyís Prince Street based offices.

Throughout the last six years Julian has gained a wealth of experience and skills through working for a high-profile recruitment company specialising in the construction industry. His past three years have been spent setting up offices for the company in Paris and Lyon.

ìAlthough the NOW Recruitment Construction Professionals division has been up and running for some time now, it has a real start-up feel to it, and thatís one thing that has attracted me to the company in the first instance,î says Julian. ìThere are many areas that I will be focusing upon and these consist of developing the divisions relationships with main contractors based in the South West of England, France and London.î

ìI have extensive knowledge of the French construction recruitment market and am looking to harness this knowledge for the benefit of the division,î continues Julian. ìI plan to continue to place French speaking British workers in France and, although I have only been with the company a short time, already I have many positions open to the right candidates. Within the next 12 months I am looking forward to playing a part in developing a section of the division which is based on customer service and efficiency,î adds Julian.

NOWís Recruitmentís Construction Professionals division works with major construction companies all over the UK to supply senior management and highly skilled personnel, both freelance and permanent. As well as Bristol the company has offices in cities such as Birmingham, Nottingham, Newcastle, Edinburgh and recently launched Southampton.
