The iProfile has already been adopted as the standard CV within the IT recruitment industry and is rapidly being adopted by other industries. The iProfile is considerably better than a traditional CV because it is web-based, it contains precise definitions of a candidateís skills, qualifications and preferences, it can be updated at any time and consultants are able to match candidates to vacancies. By making their database system compatible with the iProfile, C and M will eliminate their manual data entry, maintain an up-to-date candidate database and reduce their shortlisting time by in excess of 50%.
