This latest development will simultaneously manage staff records on an individual basis whilst responding to changes quickly and complying with legislation surrounding the data that information agencies and companies are required to retain.
The Merit payroll system runs on the recruitment agencies own PCs to generate the payroll for temporary staff or online via the ourmerit.com payroll bureau service. Clayton Associatesí Merit products sit upon a database that can easily handle large numbers of records, such as time sheets, payroll runs and candidate information, with no loss of performance as volumes increase.
