CareersinRecruitment gets a new facelift, change of management and a fresh start.

.

Interactive and Recruitment Training Ltd (IRT) has announced their recent acquisition of careersinRecruitment.

CareersinRecruitment was facing liquidation back in June 2002, until Tim Dawson and John Ellis, co-directors of IRT stepped in and saved the recruitment job board from further demise. The acquisition further expands IRTís portfolio of niche sites that includes aviationjobsearch.com and traveljobsearch.com.

CareersinRecruitment.com was launched in 1999 and acts on behalf of recruitment agencies throughout the UK. It was the first of itsí kind, allowing recruitment consultants and senior managers the opportunity to control their career more easily, by enabling them to post their CV and search for that lucrative recruitment job via a job site specifically catering for them.

Tim and John both have considerable knowledge of running niche jobsites as they own aviationjobsearch.com and traveljobsearch.com, both market leaders in their sectors. Aviationjobsearch is the worldís No1 specialist aviation jobsite dedicated to finding staff within that industry, jobs in the air or on the ground. Together they attract more than 140,000 users each month.

John Ellis comments, ìWith our experience and understanding of targeted job boards we are confident that CareersinRecruitment will grow very rapidly.ì

The CareersinRecruitment site will be formally re-launched on September 18th whereby for the first month, the service is totally FREE to recruitment clients. John Ellis says, ì Naturally we hope for a good response to this as it is for them, and in turn helping the industry as a whole. It is vital we attract new blood to the industry and offer the very best calibre of candidate. The jobsite is always free to candidates and we trust that it will continue to be supported as it is such a valuable concept for everyone linked to the UK recruitment industry.î
