Black Mountain Apoints New HR Consultant

Black Mountain, the international HR and employee benefits outsourcers, announce the appointment of Teemu Salin as Human Resources Consultant, based in London.

Teemu, will be responsible for process re-engineering this involves understanding the process and the current performance and this would lead to developing new process, controls and processing cost (if required) and project management on behalf of a client. This will build on the existing strength of Black Mountain Group HR consulting team.

Teemu joins Black Mountain from Centrica Plc. where he held the position of Process Analyst at the Centrica HR Shared Service Centre. He was responsible for re-engineering the whole absence process where he implemented Six Sigma based process improvement methodology in the absence team. He was also involved in the implementation of e-recruitment system and Electronic Data Management system. His responsibility was to ensure that the process was effective and cost saving. Before Centrica Teemu worked for the TAG McLaren group, where he was involved in setting up HR department for one of the group companies.

Teemu is a graduate of the University Surrey with a BSc in Sociology and MSc in Human Resource Management.
