Big Issue to publish comprehensive Midlands-specific recruitment supplement

The Big Issue announces the launch of a monthly recruitment supplement exclusively for the Midlands region - the inaugural publication being bound into The Big Issue to hit the streets on Monday 10th May.

The regionally specific supplement will prove an invaluable resource to those looking to work within the charity, not-for-profit or public sector as well as being targeted at those interested in volunteer appointments.

In deciding to publish a regionally specific recruitment resource within the pages of the 20,000 magazines sold every week, Lisa Woodman, publisher of The Big Issue commented;
This new supplement will provide readers, numbering around 80,000, with a comprehensive and indispensable guide to job opportunities right on their doorstep.

The first recruitment supplement will be stitched into The Big Issue magazine available from Monday 10th May. Thereafter the supplement will be published every second Monday of the month.
