Thomas Eggar launches fixed-fee employment law package.

Whatever your business, everyday contractual and regulatory issues will affect you. With EMPOWER, firms pay in advance for unlimited tailored advice, removing the fear of escalating legal bills and eliminating the worry of employment tribunal claims. Prices for an annual subscription start at 500. The service is operated and run by qualified solicitors, guaranteeing professional advice from highly competent and experienced lawyers.

Levels of service available through EMPOWER include:
* A fixed-fee telephone only advice line.
* The fixed-fee provision of unlimited legal advice.
* A strategic review of all contractual documentation or employment policies, including all internal employment related documentation such as contracts, policies and draft letters, plus the provision of any documents missing from existing internal systems.
* Insurance cover against employment tribunal costs and awards, underwritten by Vision Underwriting Limited. Premiums are set on an individual basis and can be reduced by taking an excess on the policy. Companies can also chose a policy which covers legal costs only.
* Employment law training, enabling businesses to stay abreast of ever-changing legislation.
