Antal International plan Asian expansion

Antal International opened a new corporate office this month in Shanghai, adding to its existing strength in the region and its present office in Beijing. The company plans to open further offices across China and the Asia Pacific Region over the next 4 years as part of its Asian expansion strategy.

The company provides a range of recruitment services to its predominantly blue chip clients, including executive recruitment, interim management and contractors in key markets.

CEO Anthony Goodwin is spearheading the expansion further with the creation of a Joint Venture in China enabling more localisation of the business. Commenting on the new office Goodwin said, Shanghai was a natural choice for our second corporate office in China as itís one of the fastest growing cities and the destination of increasing amounts of Foreign Direct Investment. The new office in the City Centre is a useful base for consultants and clients to meet, to interview candidates and to interact with Antalís existing global network of over 30 offices in 16 countries. This expansion follows its recent addition of a Barcelona office to complement its Madrid office in Spain.

The company already has an established physical presence in key European cities and plans are in place to open additional offices in Prague, Hungary, Turkey and the Baltics by the end of the year.
