Contrary to its two predecessors, however, Beljob.ca is a non-specialized, general interest Internet job site.

For recruiters, Beljob.ca brings interested candidates to the career sections of company Web sites. In other words, Beljob.ca allows companies to use their respective Web site career sections as their main recruiting tool.
