Parity Resourcing has just become the 8th of the top 20 UK IT recruitment agencies to adopt the industry standard CV format known as the iProfile.
Almost 30% of all UK IT recruitment companies have adopted the iProfile and it is has been commented that it is just a matter of time before every serious player in the UK IT industry will be compatible. In the last couple of months, agencies such as idpp, Berkeley Scott Group, GSA Computer Consultants, Generic Software Consultants and Professional Systems Personnel have also adopted the iProfile.
The iProfile is ìthe online CVî that contains industry standard definitions of a candidateís skills, qualifications and job preferences. Those agencies that are iProfile Compatible are reporting benefits such a 50% reduction in their consultantsí short-listing time as well as fully automating all their CV processing.

With over 700,000 candidates now owning an iProfile and more and more of them being kept up to date, agencies are reporting that around 50% of their candidate records are updated on day one of them becoming iProfile Compatible. Combining such a quality candidate data with the best search tool on the market means that consultants are locating candidates in half the time of non-compatible companies.
Elkins added: ìIn addition to the 30% of IT recruitment companies that have adopted the iProfile, a further 25% are currently reviewing it, including most of the remaining top 20. Within 12 months I expect that close to 65% of the market will have adopted the iProfile.î
