The Internet Recruiters' Network and Association (IRNA) is seeking the best Internet recruitment websites to be entered into this definitive competition.
As Europe's leading professional body for organisations involved with online recruitment, the IRNA awards will both highlight the creative and technical achievements that some organisations have accomplished, as well as present a glimpse of what the future holds.
Companies will be judged in three categories:
A Best Creative Web Recruitment Site
B Best Use of Functionality and Usability
C Most Informative Content
A shortlist of 3 organisations will be selected for each of the categories. An overall winner of the best recruitment website will be chosen from this shortlist.
Some organisations are whole-heartedly embracing online recruitment and coming up with some amazing sites, remarked Jeremy Burgess, IRNA director. We decided to run these awards not only to recognise the time and energy put into these sites, but also to show others just how creative and dynamic you can be. I think people will be surprised by the range of companies now pursuing e-cruitment strategies and making a success of it.
Companies can register their recruitment web sites at www.irna-uk.com until 31st May 2001. A panel of industry experts, chosen by IRNA, will judge the recruitment sites. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Friday the 22nd June 2001.
