TheSkillsMarket, the company that invented the iProfile, is pleased to announce that over 10% of the UKís IT recruitment companies by turnover have so far signed to become iProfile Compatible, including 4 of the UKís top 20 IT recruitment companies.
By the end of 2003 it is estimated that over 25% of IT recruitment companies by turnover will be iProfile Compatible and virtually all UK IT professionals will own an iProfile.
With the first IT recruitment companies to become iProfile Compatible now having been up and running for more than six months the tangible benefits are clearly showing through. One such example is Haymarket Consulting, they originally adopted the iProfile because they were receiving more than 7,000 CVs per week and needed a solution to help them reduce their manual data entry as well as enable their recruitment consultants to easily access relevant job seekers. Since making their EZAccess database iProfile Compatible they have:
- No manual data entry
- 90% of all staff are now revenue generating
- Reduced their consultants searching time by 50%
