Venquis launches into Central Europe

Venquis ñ the business transformation recruiter ñ has launched into Central Europe, focusing on Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Venquis – the business transformation recruiter – has launched into Central Europe, focusing on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.


Driving the growth of the company’s new division are German speakers Mathias Geisselsoeder and Tim Bilski, who are both responsible for recruiting change management professionals and business technologists for the financial sector.


Prior to joining Venquis, Mat was the Managing Consultant specialising the DACH region for Hydrogen Group. Tim Bilski joins from eFinancialCareers, where his role involved managing a portfolio of financial institutions’ recruitment needs in Germany and Austria.


Venquis currently operates four divisions - Banking, Investment Management, Insurance and Energy Trading - and in addition to its expansion into Central Europe they are planning to open new offices in the Far East.

It is estimated that the UK’s business transformation market is worth up to £2.5 billion a year. Venquis’s management team is led by the co-founder of Hydrogen, Barnaby Parker, and former Hydrogen director, Steve Garner.
