Talentfizz launches to bring the benefits of social software to online recruitment

Talent pooling technology combined with referral techniques gives employers and recruitment companies access to broader and more diverse candidates

Talentfizz (www.talentfizz.com), a new recruitment communication software system launches today, simplifying the ability of companies to source talent quickly and cheaply. The system connects HR and recruitment professionals with active and passive job seekers, using referral methods via social channels to expand the available candidate pool, generate more relevant applicants and reduce the time to hire.

Traditional recruitment systems house enormous amounts of static application data that can prove difficult to search and can result in a narrow pool of applicants for a role, often resulting in the best candidates not being reached. Talentfizz widens the search by allowing brands to create a portfolio of talent pools that reflect immediate or long-term hiring goals.Brands invite existing talent housed on recruitment systems into the pool, extend open invitations from their careers website and most importantly capitalise on referrals from existing pool members and employees.

Recruiters and HR managers use Talentfizz to communicate with relevant candidates through their talent pools. Once each pool is created, the intricate profiling technology improves the search process, generating more effective matches and using psychometric profiling to give a unique view of where the candidate could fit within the existing team. This method enables employers and agencies to circulate open positions quickly, engage with talent regularly and broaden their candidate pipeline.

For their part, candidates benefit from greater control of how they present themselves to help differentiate their application. They manage their own profile, complete with a detailed psychometric test and can attach any supplementary evidence of skills and achievements to help employers validate their suitability pre the application stage. Candidates are continually engaging with the brand through open messaging, subscription to feeds, searchable directories as well as talent pool membership. They also have maximum discretion by selecting their level of profile transparency.

Talentfizz is backed by independent investors and run by a management team with extensive recruitment and internet backgrounds. Daniel Padbury, Founder and CEO of Talentfizz has substantial experience in talent acquisition with firms such as JP Morgan, GE, Barclays, Wachovia, UBS and BlackRock. Commenting on the launch he said: “As other industries create increasingly innovative systems to integrate new technologies, I was finding that recruitment was lagging behind. This lack of sophistication frustrated me so I developed Talentfizz to satisfy the genuine opportunity I could see for a communication tool that puts candidate experience first and process second. “

“Today’s launch is effectively a white label solution for companies wanting a better and more open way to connect with candidates, allowing them to share information in a familiar and intuitive format“continued Padbury. “We also offer a revenue sharing partner programme to firms that act as advisers on their client’s technology services and recruitment specialists in specific verticals who are interested in acting as independent suppliers of technology and services to their clients.”
