Lumesse will release major new product releases early in 2012 will offer customers an unrivalled choice of technology deployment strategies for integrated talent management solutions that cover the entire employment lifecycle. These fully internationalized releases will leverage the unmatched global and local expertise that Lumesse has developed in both talent management and talent acquisition over many years. The strategy will result in the delivery of two substantially expanded products sets, with talent management added to Lumesse TalentLink in February 2012 and talent acquisition added to Lumesse ETWeb later in 2012. Both products will immediately benefit from substantially enhanced user interfaces and powerful new analytics, plus later in 2012 shared new capabilities in areas such as social collaboration.

“We’re going to make life a lot easier for companies of all sizes building fully integrated talent management strategies,” said Matthew Parker, CEO at Lumesse: “First, we’re making it easy to create a fully integrated talent management system that covers the entire employment lifecycle, with an innovative, intuitive user experience, by expanding our core talent management and talent acquisition products so that each covers all key functional areas. Second, we’re making it easy to configure or customize our technology – as full SaaS, hosted, or on-premises – by giving customers freedom to choose whichever suits them.”

“We’re very pleased to see Lumesse making such a strong commitment to developing its products to meet global customer needs, enhancing the user experience, and integrating critical new functionality,” said Stephen Cerrone, Executive Vice President, Human Resources of Sara Lee Corporation.

Lumesse in 2012 will give customers unprecedented freedom to select a talent management strategy that is aligned to their specific business needs, user populations, and technology preferences, without compromising on functional capabilities or the ability to customize or configure a solution exactly as they want it. Customers that want a fully integrated, highly configurable talent management system based on a pure SaaS (Software as a Service) delivery model can chose Lumesse TalentLink which, in version 12.0, adds powerful capabilities in HR core, performance management, and succession management. In addition, a future release will bring powerful talent acquisition capabilities to Lumesse ETWeb, based on the unmatched global experience of Lumesse in this space.

“As a major user of Lumesse talent management technology we are pleased to see the many enhancements on the roadmap and the commitment of the company to providing choice to its customers,” said Jamie Whitmore of Merck.
