IntaPeople unveils new Recruitment Career Development Programme

IT & Technology recruitment consultancy reveals improved focus on personal improvement throughout career

IntaPeople, the specialist IT and Engineering recruitment consultancy, is launching a new Recruitment Career Development Programme, tailored for staff at every stage of their working life. 

The structured programme has been designed to help IntaPeople recruitment consultants; from the training academy to early career, mid-career and even senior consultants.

“Starting out in recruitment can be daunting,” said Kelleher. “The world of work is very different today than it was 10 years ago, and in 10 years’ time it will be a very different environment again.

“We experience change in the workplace gradually, sometimes without realising it’s happening and what it means. Often we try the best we can to cope as it happens.  The new IntaPeople Career Development Programme addresses these changes.

IntaPeople’s new career development structure has a focused and consultative approach.  Added to the 12 week Academy for new recruitment consultants are modules on niche industry terminologies, conversion analysis, commercial agreements and advanced negotiation.
