eArcu extend Social Recruiting features with automatic feed to Twitter and Facebook

Following on from earlier releases of integration with social networking sites, eArcu, the fastest growing eRecruitment business, today announces another innovation in this exciting new arena

Following on from earlier releases of integration with social networking sites, eArcu, the fastest growing eRecruitment business, today announces another innovation in this exciting new arena. Clients can now setup automatic feeds of their vacancies directly to their Twitter, Facebook and other social networking pages. When a candidate sees an opportunity of interest they are then brought back to the corporate careers site to find out more and apply for roles of interest.

Explains CEO, Andy Randall, “Several months ago we decided it was time to make life easier for candidates. Allowing them to use their Linkedin Profile when applying for jobs with our clients, saved them time and energy reworking details they’d already created.  Now, we help clients attract great candidates’ attention wherever they choose to spend their time. When you’re looking for talented and busy individuals, you need to take the messages about your opportunities to the places they want to be. “

eArcu also provide the opportunity for candidates to share interesting jobs with their friends through their social networking sites. Perhaps even more powerful is the feature whereby Resourcers can collaborate with their Hiring Managers to target individuals or special groups through Linkedin networks.

Randall adds “We now have a comprehensive suite of Social Recruiting Tools that allows our clients to have an advantage when finding the best people, in the shortest time and for the lowest cost.”
