Brightwave launches Learning Skylines in partnership with e.learning age

Next generation learning expert Brightwave renews its sponsorship of the E-Learning Awards with the launch of a new initiative to investigate how diverse industries, technologies and corporate perspectives are influencing how we learn for work today

Next generation learning expert Brightwave renews its sponsorship of the E-Learning Awards with the launch of a new initiative to investigate how diverse industries, technologies and corporate perspectives are influencing how we learn for work today.

Learning Skylines is a new joint initiative between Brightwave and e.learning age which aims to share inspiration from different industries, tangential innovations and connected business disciplines. Through a series of articles and interviews it will canvass the views of key people operating in and beyond L&D who define the context and aims of learning for work. Learning Skylines is interested in the place where all of these different perspectives meet, which promises to steer technology-enabled learning in new valuable directions.

Over recent years there has been some significant progress in how technology is helping to accelerate the integration and impact of learning at work. The E-Learning Awards celebrate these advances.

This year we are particularly excited to announce a joint initiative with e.learning age called Learning Skylines which recognises how technology adoption, blurring boundaries and cultural shifts are necessarily changing the shape of the landscape. Learning Skylines is a great opportunity to take inspiration from innovation in other industries - as well as understand the future focus of senior business leaders - to help us truly create next generation learning".

As well as interviews with senior business leaders sharing their perspectives on how learning and technology innovation can support their people, focus and goals, we will be investigating how technology adoption, cultural change and other trends are influencing how people expect to learn.
