AllAboutCareers.com
has launched the Recruiter Dashboard, a client tool which gives recruiters real
time information on their campaigns with AllAboutCareers. More than 60
employers currently working with AllAboutCareers were given access to their
accounts today.

Employers
can edit their employer profile, post jobs, add events and manage their adverts
directly. As well having complete control of everything that appears on the
site relating to their company, employers have direct access to both general
site statistics and specific data on their company.

Along
with being able to view visitor numbers, page views, registered users and
various other general statistics, employers can see how many times their profile
has been viewed, how many times people have clicked through to their site but
most importantly, who they were. For example, they can view a breakdown of who
has recently looked at their profile by university, course, sector, and
educational stage to give clients complete accountability.

Paul
Harris of AllAboutCareers.com commented, ‘we spent a lot of time researching
what other sites quoted in terms of users numbers and couldn’t help but feel
sceptical. For us, accountability is crucial. We wanted to remove any element
of doubt with our statistics by simply opening them up for employers to access
directly.’

Regarding
the additional features the dashboard will give recruiters, he added, ‘we
wanted to give complete control to the employer. We felt a recruiter should be
able to do anything they want when it comes to their involvement with a careers
site; adjust their profile, add an event, post a job and in particular, specify
who receives this information’.

One
of the key features the dashboard gives to recruiters is the ability to target
specific users. When adding an event or job, recruiters can select to aim the
information at users by university, educational stage, location, industry
sector or even gender. It’s an interesting development in the graduate careers
market as the site builds on their other key innovation, the Noticeboard, to
provide ever more accountability and control to the user.
