Will my role get more coverage if I use a Flat Fee Advertiser?

Very unlikely! Many job boards actually restrict these companies from using their services. As we're like a traditional agency with a true success upon hire fee, we've spent years developing a very large portfolio of general, niche and local advertising channels.

If I'm paying a 20% placement fee surely I'm getting a better service?
