Double gain for Badenoch & Clark in Luxembourg

.

The addition last month of two experienced consultants, Courtney Charlton and Vera Fischer-Niemann, signals an acceleration in the growth plans for the Luxembourg arm of accountancy and finance recruiter Badenoch & Clark.

Since opening in 2003, the Luxembourg team has increased its market presence and is now recognised as a leader in the local financial services recruitment market. The arrival of Courtney Charlton is a step in a new direction for the team, which is looking to embrace commerce and industry organisations alongside its established portfolio of banking clients.

Courtney, who has a first class degree in Business Economics, began his career in recruitment with Badenoch & Clark in the UK in 2002. He has since exclusively recruited accounts professionals within the commerce and industry sector, and has been instrumental in establishing and managing preferred agreements with some of the UKís largest and most high-profile organisations. Courtneyís work history is firmly based in industry, including experience both as a telecoms consultant and a commercial insurance broker.

May 2006 also saw the arrival of Vera Fischer-Niemann at Badenoch & Clark, who will enhance their candidate-facing service. Vera entered the recruitment sector in 2002 with Steinbach & Partner in Luxembourg. A year later she focussed on HR administration with a leading provider of Fund Administration, before again supporting recruitment projects and consulting assignments with Robert Walters from 2004. At Badenoch & Clark Vera will exclusively handle candidate care, assisting professionals to manage their career progression, and support the Luxembourg consulting team.

Darren Robinson, Manager of Badenoch & Clarkís Luxembourg office says: ìWe are excited about the difference Courtney and Vera will make to our clients and candidates in Luxembourg. Courtney has a proven track record of developing our service for the UK commerce and industry sector, which we are confident will translate well to our Luxembourg market. Veraís arrival also provides us with the opportunity to strengthen our existing consulting service.î
