Features: New for 2008 – “New Candidate Agent” will email resumes on a daily basis that match an unlimited number of customized search agents. Save time and money with this new recruitment tool! Real time, comprehensive statistics allow both job seekers and employers to view information and decide if the site fits their employment needs. Employers can view number of page views, responses and “who” responded to each ad and follow up as needed. For seekers, we track viewed jobs, “applied to” jobs, and can filter to display only unviewed jobs or to display only “applied to” jobs. Likewise, within the Candidate Database section, employers can receive daily emails of matching candidates linking directly to their resume as well as manage candidates, insert notes, and batch email to prospects. The intent of this re-write was to provide scalability, flexibility, and robustness on the back-end, with an unsurpassed user experience on the front end. The IntraVision Job Bank is more like an application run over the web than just another website. Job Seekers can view jobs without registering within the Job Bank or they can choose to register. All registration options are completely FREE for the job seeker. Basic registration will allow members to receive the Job eMailer alert whenever a matching job is posted for their search criteria. Advanced registration allows for upload of resumes and entry of basic profiles. Several options exist such as the “Private” Seeker that allows a member to keep his or her contact information private and to only communicate via email through the Job Bank if desired. Another option, such as Employer Matching will email a candidate’s information to an employer who’s recently posted opening matches their search criteria. Registered Seekers can flag jobs as being of no interest, and can search for jobs not viewed, jobs that have been viewed (and optionally show expired jobs that have been previously viewed) as well as viewing all jobs.
