The online recruiting space is exploding with options and opportunities for companies and job seekers, but is it really making difference? This entire industry is intended to serve two primary stakeholders, job seekers and hiring managers. With companies blasting jobs out via the web, and candidates applying en masse, the dramatic increase in volume has resulted in an impersonal "numbers game". Jobseekers and hiring managers are no more satisfied with their "recruiting support" today than they were 25 years ago!
