Tracey Friend in her current role is responsible for recruitment technology, operations, marketing and sourcing function.

Tracey has served in a variety of roles such as Global Recruitment Product Manager for an HR Outsourcing Company as well as an entrepreneur where she provided both research and Internet Recruitment Training throughout the world.

A University of Florida graduate, (home of the National Basketball and Football Champions), she and her family live in Frisco, Texas. Today she spends her free time playing soccer on a woman's league, coaches her daughter's team and is her son's biggest fan!
