As the General Manager of Screening Services at Intelius, Todd Owens brings a track record of general management, customer service, and technology experience. Following a distinguished career as a Navy submarine officer, Mr. Owens held senior business development and product management positions at Siebel Systems and Wind River Systems, where he worked predominantly with Fortune 100 IT systems integrators and defense contractors. Mr. Owens holds a B.S from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
