Terry Baker

Terry Baker is VP of sales at Adicio Inc. which powers recruitment, motors and real estate sites around the globe. Baker’s career has included helping online software startups reach critical mass and growth acceleration through business development, direct sales and channel development, M&A, marketing and product management. Baker was a founder and Director of the HR-XML Consortium and assisted in establishing charter affiliates in Europe and Japan. With more than 20 years of software marketing and sales experience, Baker has helped quadruple sales revenue for Adicio over the past four years while expanding Adicio’s market penetration. Baker has an MBA in Marketing from San Diego State University as well as a BS in Informational Systems.
