Simon Conroy was appointed Chief Executive of Madgex in January 2005, having previously acted as a consultant to the company for four months. His knowledge of NLP and business transformation has allowed him to successfully spearhead challenging growth plans and evolve the Madgex brand.
Simon is passionate about putting the user experience at the heart of online recruitment and job board software to convert candidate and recruiter engagement into revenue and profit.
Leading Madgex in its mission to be the most successful global provider of trusted job board software and services (inc. Usability Consultancy and Design), the company are now the European market leaders and are building sites through Asia and into the US. Madgex have a proven history in helping clients such as TotalJobs, Haymarket, Reed Elsevier, News International and The Guardian in the end to end outsourcing of their job board and recruitment classified businesses.
