Matt has been involved with the internet for most of his career. After initially working as Online Marketing Manager for an internet content company, he became involved in online recruitment nine years ago, spending seven years as Head of Interactive Media with TMP Worldwide before joining Barkers as Head of Digital early in 2006.
Matt has played a key role in developing innovative online recruitment methodologies over the last few years and has set up teams that have devised some of the Europe’s biggest and most complex online recruitment campaigns. He helped pioneer the use of tracking tools in this space in the UK and has spoken at numerous conferences on various aspects of global online recruitment. He is also a co- founder of one of the industry’s leading blogs, www.digitalrecruiting.co.uk.
