Speaker Bio John Sumser is the preeminent analyst of the online Recruiting Industry. For over 15 years, John’s voice has been the foundation of the intellectual framework of the industry. He has helped over 100 startups, serves on the board of Salary.com, publishes a daily piece about the industry (and has for all 15 years). About a year ago, he launched a series of experiments called “The Recruiting Roadshow”. The idea is to bring continuing education to local neighborhoods; combine it with online networks and social software; and, build a new industry infrastructure.
