David Roberts, Employment Brand Manager, Orange

As Employer Brand Manager, David’s role is to define, maintain and communicate the Orange employer brand to attract candidates and retain existing staff.

A key objective of employer branding within Orange is to link candidate attraction with their e-recruitment strategy to deliver talent to the company while providing an “on brand” candidate experience.

Prior to joining Orange five years ago, David worked in both operational HR and brand consultancy roles. He holds a BA in Business Studies and an MA in Human Resource Management. .
