Andrew has spent the past decade developing, evaluating and implementing interactive marketing and operational strategies for major Blue Chip organisations.

Through a combination of solution innovation, successful project delivery and effective people management, Andrew has consistently managed successful campaigns across EMEA and delivered key projects both client- and agency-side which have had a major impact on the bottom line.

His work has often been ground-breaking: the redesign and relaunch of www.natwest.com, the largest financial services overhaul of its time, saw sales applications increase by over 30%. His work on the Secure eMail project was the first of its kind in the industry and helped to set the standard for the major UK industry bodies (BACS and APACS). He recently worked with the National Assessments Agency to redefine the examination and accreditation process in the UK.

Andrew's achievements have been recognised both in the industry and by the organisations for which he works. His recent work has won major industry awards, including Best Financial Services website for BIMA and Most Innovative Use of Technology for the Institute of Financial Services. Andrew also received accolades at Lloyds TSB where, in performance charts, he was in the top 3 out of all 2,500 branch managers and his work on the Project Programme and Prioritisation Tool was rewarded for transforming the evaluation of projects throughout the bank.
