Andy is responsible for the development of a portfolio of job boards, including GAAPweb, the leading job board for accountants, SecsintheCity, the leading job board for secretaries, and Hotonline, the UK’s leading network of specialist jobsites. Hotonline consists of 40 niche job boards including JobSearch (Generalist), PlanetRecruit (IT), JobsFinancial (Accountancy & Finance), HotRecruit (youth, seasonal and part-time jobs), The Graduate (graduate training programmes) and Workthing (the leading UK site for jobs from direct employers). Andy joined Trinity Mirror in 2005. Prior to this, he launched and ran Workthing for the Guardian Media Group. He holds a first degree from Oxford and an MBA from leading international business school, IMD. .
