Speaker Bio
Allan Sabol is the co-founder and CEO of Dayak, Inc., a company dedicated to helping employers fill job openings faster than ever before for about half the cost of traditional recruiting firms. Allan is a former director of recruiting sales and after speaking with literally thousands of employers he quickly realized that the vast majority were not satisfied with the recruiting methods available today. Job boards were not effective, and recruiting firms were too expensive. Based on that insight and his years of experience as a recruiter, Allan launched Dayak to give employers a better recruiting solution that combines the simplicity and convenience of a job board with the effectiveness and full-service support of a recruiting firm. Allan is a former Marine Corps officer and veteran of the war in Iraq. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy.
